Located just 2.5 hrs drive south of Sydney, Paperbark Camp is a peaceful coastal bush retreat, combining unique tented accommodation with wonderful food & warm hospitality – it’s camping for grown-ups! The safari tents are discreetly placed in natural clearings on elevated timber platforms, allowing for privacy & security as well as the benefits of natural ventilation and aspect. All tents have timber verandas, private en-suite & solar powered lighting, but for the ultimate in posh camping the four deluxe tents also have free standing bath tubs and larger outdoor lounge areas, perfect for curling up on with a book or enjoying a sundowner in the afternoon sun as the bush starts to quieten at the end of a busy day.

Of course a stay at the camp is not complete without experiencing dinner in the Gunyah. Regularly featured in Australia s best food guides, dinner in our romantic and candle lit tree-top dining room is a highlight. With inspired menus featuring wonderful local produce and nightly entertainment from our resident possum family, it really is a must!
