MSNBC released a list of the suggested top 10 Glamping locations around the world.
Take a sticky beak at some of these:
Without a doubt they missed 2 more that should have made the list, which are:
Accomadation fitout is simply stunning, ensuite bathrooms equipped with fluffy white towels, native herb soaps and choice of pillows.
THEe camp has been built very wise and takes in to account the fragile enviroment, with solar power generation, and sound water management.
As one would expect, no tv’s, telephones and mini bars! P.S do have blackberry coverage!
Activities are endless, stunning beaches offer opportunioty to snorkel fish filled waters, kayaking and great light stick fishing. Catch would consist of sand whiting, mullet, flathead, with small golden and giant trevally around.
Winter, austumn and early spring are great months to come up. I personally find summer, Jan-March pretty damm hot for my liking.
Longitude 131 resort is one of the Voyages Group Resorts and is simply unique and awesome. Accomodations, food, service and ambiance are all 5-star plus & the resort is all-inclusive.
I have never stayed in any resort like it before. It consists of only 15 individually-designed and brilliantly appointed “tents” and each has a private view of Uluru (Ayers Rock) and the extraordinary landscape of the Outback of Central Australia (but still within the Northern Territory).
This all-inclusive resort offers airport transfers, all food, snacks, beverages & wines/spirits, tours and accommodations and is the only resort that can actually view Uluru.
Why camp when you can Glamp? Explore the luxurious side of the great outdoors with the one and only Suzanne Marques!

Suzanne Marques with Fox11 Los Angeles shows you how to Glamp.
No more lumpy, bumpy nights of slumber in a sleeping bag.
No more cooking on the Coleman camp grill.
No more pitching a tent, pounding in those stakes by hand.
Glamping is the way to go if camping ain’t your thing… yet you love waking up in the great outdoors… you love a hike in the hills… you love getting out of the big city.
With Glamping… your tent is replaced by a cedar cabin, or a safari tent with wooden risers.
That cold shower at the public restroom is bumped by a jacuzzi tub.
Why read by flashlight at night when you can relax instead with an in-cabin massage?
Who needs mosquitoes and that fabulous bug repelant “Avon Skin So Soft” … when bug screens are available.
Why stuff yourself in a sleeping bag when you can spread out on a king size bed.
No need to shiver in a flannel shirt. Just turn on the heater.
Not up for doing dinner for the fam… call in for delivery.
